Mitch joined C21 Bravo back in 2016, bringing years of construction and trades experience, plus a history of flipping homes and turning “before” into “after.” That hands-on background gave him a sharp eye for potential and a real appreciation for what makes a house feel like home. Today, he’s a full-time Realtor and part-time dad taxi — usually the one hosting open houses, spotting the details others might miss, and occasionally misplacing his clipboard.

Ira is the quieter half of the operation… but only because she’s behind the scenes running the entire machine. If it involves paperwork, timelines, organization, or the kinds of details that keep a transaction seamless, she’s the one making it happen — fuelled by caffeine, spreadsheets, and an unwavering commitment to keeping everything on track. If you ever need anything administrative, call her. (Seriously. Mitch will just forward it to her anyway.)
